Where does Creative Inspiration come from?

The word inspiration is used to describe the process in which a person somehow or another finds ideas to create something. It's a magical word, a mysterious process. Literally inspiration means to in-spire or breath in. I love this TED talk by Elizabeth Gilbert, the author of Eat Pray Love. Take 20 minutes out of your life and check out some new/old ideas about creativity. I really resonated with what she said. I felt saner and less like a crazy artist afterward.
