Matryoshka Dolls up in my Store!

I'm so excited that they're finally done! I've been working on them for months now, since before Christmas.

They're printed by hand, or actually by foot! I stood on each block as I printed the white satin in order to get a nice clear print. I started the whole process back in May when I came up with the sketch. I blogged about it here. It kind of amazes me that it's taken 8 months to create them! I think they're just so sweet though. And I have been dying for some Matryoshka goodness. I'd love to make some dishtowels out of her too, but I don't know where to find high quality toweling.

Of course they're printed with soy based ink, and I found the cutest little print on the back. They're perfect for valentines gifts or just to sit on your bed or shelf and look adorable.

I only made 10 of them to sell, since my daughters confiscated two of them, so get them before they're gone!
