So it's Art Every Day Month over at Leah's Creative Every Day blog. I was super excited about participating this year, but so far it's been a bit of a flop for me. My mom had to have emergency surgery which has been kind of crazy. She's hopefully coming home tomorrow, which is wonderful, but I'm so busy right now. So here's a little sketch I did last night, and it's taken me until today to post. I'm not even sure I really like it, but it's all I've got at the moment. Hopefully next week will be better.
Hope your mom heals quickly, and you get some rest time as well. Lovely image by the way...even if you're unsure about it. I like it.

Sounds like pretty intense times..hope your mum heals well. Your "sketch" looks more like a piece of art to me :)I look forward to seeing more of what time and life's curve balls allow you to create :)
